1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Feedle AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Feedle AI provides a digital menu platform for restaurants, including QR code generation, AI-powered menu extraction, menu hosting, analytics, and related services. The Service is available through our website at feedleai.com and associated subdomains.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• One person or entity may maintain multiple restaurant accounts under a single login.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Use the Service to distribute malware or engage in phishing.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Feedle, including menu items, descriptions, images, and restaurant information. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to host, display, and serve your content as part of the Service.

6. Service Plans & Billing

• The Free plan is available at no cost with limited features.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as indicated at the time of purchase.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. AI Features Disclaimer

Feedle uses artificial intelligence for menu extraction and chat assistant features. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-extracted menu data. The AI chat assistant provides general information and should not be relied upon for medical or allergy advice.

8. Service Availability

We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will provide notice for planned maintenance when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

Feedle AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
